TERMS REGARDING MY CHARACTERS:
As some of my OCs (Norway in particular) are getting too much attention I feel like some ground rules must be made:
✘ You are NOT ALLOWED to commission art of YOUR characters with MINE without my consent.
✘ You are NOT ALLOWED to commission/make art/fiction of MY characters without MY consent. Surprise gift art is OK AS LONG as it’s in character! Nothing NSFW/Suggestive however.
✘ Their gender/sexuality will NOT be changed for your commission idea. TERMS REGARDING MY COMMISSIONS:
☆ For legal reasons you must be at least 18 years old to commission me.
☆ I own full copyright of the commissioned art. I may use the commission in personal promotion or use in my portfolio.
☆ I only open for commissions by announcing them on my BlueSky: @dendenart.eu Twitter: @dden009, FurAffinity: DenDArt, Instagram: disasterden009 and my Telegram Art Channel.
☆ I am not active on Discord or any other group chats/platforms other than the ones listed above.
I only use Discord for communication if you have requested this as a communication method in which case i use my personal one to reach out.
☆ I will not work with AI-generated references.
☆ I will not work on NSFW/Suggestive/Fetish pieces that are commissioned with characters that are not your own/ you do not have permission to use. In the case of this happening I will contact all participating parties regarding their consent. If such consent has not been granted to you beforehand you will be blocked.
☆ Link to ArtDash (or google forms if ArtDash is down) will be provided in which you will fill info about your commission. The form remains open for submissions until i’ve received enough submissions to choose from. Then i contact the clients via their contact method of choice to let them know if they have been waitlisted or are going to be in my current queue.
☆ I open for commissions once a month and strive to finish my queue within a month. However due to unforeseen events/holidays/being sick/etc. work could be delayed. It will all be noted in my public Telegram Art Channel.
☆ Starting 2026 payments will be done via Apple/GooglePay or bank card via SumUp Payment link. Revolut is also accepted. IBAN/bank transfer for larger sums/if discussed with client beforehand.
Payment via PayPal Invoice will still be possible but a 7% fee will be added.
DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY UNLESS I HAVE CONFIRMED YOUR COMMISSION AND HAVE SENT YOU A SUMUP PAYMENT LINK OR A PAYPAL INVOICE.
I currently DO NOT ask for payment via CashApp/Venmo/Wize/Stripe/other payment processor other than the listed above.
☆ Full refund is available within 24hrs after ive received your payment.
After that refunds are not possible; if you have a change of heart you can always delay your slot in my queue.
Otherwise you will be blocked.
☆ If you agree to be waitlisted you commit with taking your slot for next month. Should you not be able to communicate dropping out of the waitlist at least a week in advance will result in blacklisting from future openings. Only commit to a Waitlist if you are committed.
☆ Your art is digital only!
There will be no physical goods sent your way when commissioning digital art from me.
☆ The art you receive should never, under any circumstances, be used in any AI-related derivatives.
You are not allowed to use my art for NFTs.
☆ Payment is required in full in advance. You will have 24 hours to submit your payment.
If payment isn’t received within the time limit your commission will be canceled.
All prices are in Euro. Please use Google to convert the price to your country’s currency.
☆ For Taxation purposes (that affect only me) if your name and country aren’t present in your PayPal info (i.e. you’re using a company name or an alias) , i’ll kindly ask you to provide them via DM.
Please note this information is only accessible to me and my legally hired accountant.
☆ I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission.
If you have already paid for it I will issue a full refund.
☆ After successful payment, you will receive a WIP sketch to evaluate within 10 business days.
You can issue changes and alterations free of charge at that phase. Only minor changes can be done on a finished piece which would cost extra and would be worked on after my queue is done.
Upon approving the sketch it will take between 10 and 15 business days for me to finish your piece*.
You will receive WIPs throughout the process.
*Time may vary based on queue size and stuff happening IRL. I always update my Telegram channel if im unable to work for any reason.
☆ You should not expect to be updated daily. You will be approached when i have anything i need you to review!
Clients have every right to be aware of the status of their project, but asking for highly frequent updates is stressful to the artist.
Please keep in mind that I, as an artist, am a single person. From customer service, handling social media, working on art and more, being distracted by frequent Hi’s/Hello’s when you’ve paid for a commission can be very draining and stressful. If this happens, after the work is done, you will be blacklisted.
☆ You are not allowed to use the commissioned picture for monetary gain. For example to print and sell, promote any paid service like Patreon or to use as NFTs.
☆ It is your responsibility to save your commission after I’ve sent it to you. I remove the work files often and cannot guarantee i can resend it to you again.
If you decide you want a change weeks/months after you’ve received your finished file it can be declined/you will be charged extra for it.
☆ You are free to repost the art I’ve done for you as long as proper credit is given and links to my social medias are provided.
☆ All prices vary depending on character complexity.
Wings, Complex Armor/Clothes will be charged extra.
Designing a character from scratch also costs extra.
☆ If you wish your commission to be put on the front of the queue (i.e. worked first), please note this in the initial inquiry.
Front-of-queue spot includes 25% of the price fee.
☆ I do not do Private Commissions. All the work i do will be posted online.
☆ If you wish your commission to be posted after a certain date (i.e birthday/anniversary gift) note this in the initial commission inquiry.
☆ I won’t draw mechas.
i.e Complex robots and sci fi themes.
Protogens, for example, are fine!
